CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
Exchanges are only limited to size or product mismatch upon delivery.
WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR AN EXCHANGE?
To qualify for an exchange, your item should be just like you received it: unworn, unwashed, damage-free, with all the tags and labels intact. We accept exchange requests within 2 days from the date of delivery. Remember, we only do size exchanges in case of mismatches, so no swapping for different products!
HOW DO I START AN EXCHANGE?
Easy-peasy! Whatsapp or ring us up on +91 87148 23331 or email to origin.enquiries@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange. Let us know the exact issue with the delivery. If our courier service can’t reach you, you might need to self-ship it back to us. Just pack it up safely with the original order number included.
DO I NEED TO PROVIDE ANY PROOF WHEN EXCHANGING/RETURNING?
Yes, an unboxing video and images are must-haves for us to help with your refund, in-case the product is damaged or different. Do make sure you check out our size chart and cross check with your measurements before you exchange for another size. It’s all about making sure we get you the right fit.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SEND MY ITEM BACK?
Once we get your item and give it a thumbs up, we’ll start processing your exchange. We’ll ship your new size as soon as we can. If we hit a snag (like your size is out of stock), we’ll figure out the best alternative for you.
IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I SHOULD KNOW ABOUT EXCHANGES?
Just a heads-up: if the returned product doesn’t meet our criteria, we might have to say no to the exchange. But don’t worry, we’re here to make your experience awesome, so reach out if you need any help!
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED WHEN IT ARRIVES? CAN I GET A REFUND OR EXCHANGE?
Oh no, we’re sorry to hear that! If your item arrives damaged, we definitely want to sort it out for you. For an exchange on a damaged item, just send us an unboxing video. Shoot the video as you open your package and spot the damage. Then, email it to our support team or send it over via WhatsApp.
This helps us understand what went wrong and ensures we can swiftly process your refund or exchange. Your satisfaction is super important to us, so we’ll do our best to make things right!
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
All the usual suspects: credit/debit cards, net banking and UPI.

WHAT’S THE DEAL WITH SHIPPING COSTS?
We offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount (yay!) and for international orders. For orders below that, there’s a small shipping fee to cover the costs. COD orders also come at a small fee.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
For now, we’re keeping it local and shipping only within India. But hey, we’re dreaming big, so global domination might just be around the corner. In case you’re willing to pay for international shipping, do get in touch with us for placing an order. We will help you get your favourites to your doorstep overseas.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PAYMENT FAILS?
If your payment didn’t go through, no worries! Sometimes it could be a glitch with the bank or payment gateway. If it still doesn’t work, try another payment method, or reach out to us on our email ID or customer care WhatsApp number – we’re here to help get your order on track! In case the payment fails, and the amount is debited from your bank account, the refund will be credited back to your account within 7 working days.
DO YOU OFFER CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) FOR ORDERS?
Yes, we do offer cash on delivery service, which comes at an additional cost.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?
Unfortunately cancelling an order won't be possible since our environment is fast paced, it'd be difficult to roll back an already 'in-process' order.
WILL THE COLOR OF THE DRESS I RECEIVE MATCH EXACTLY WITH WHAT I SEE ONLINE?
We strive to capture our products as accurately as possible, but sometimes colors can vary a bit. This is due to factors like screen settings, lighting when the photo was taken, and even the nature of the fabric itself. Rest assured, though, the dress you receive will be just as stunning – even if there’s a slight variation in hue!
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DISPATCHED?
We know you’re excited to get your hands on your order, and we’re just as eager to send it your way! Typically, we dispatch orders within 7-14 days. Sometimes, we might surprise you with an early dispatch (less than 7 days if we can manage it). We’ll keep you updated every step of the way, so you know exactly when to expect your fabulous new find!
